Adidas was launching their new outdoor gear store, Terrex, in Vancouver. They wanted to create an experience that presented their brand.
The team at SALT Creative had the idea of taking over the road in front of the store, and turning it into a forest path. They designed specific vignettes so that as you moved along the path you went through forest, and cliffs, and over streams.
I took those designs and worked with the construction and landscaping teams, to produce an installation plan. I worked with contractors to break down what was legal, and would get permit approvals, what an engineer would sign off on, and keep the project within budget.
This was such an interesting logistical project, and the final project was transformative.
